A message from the president of Triad Research Foundation (TRF) on March 8th, 2023 edition of International women’s day.

Dear friends,
It is with great enthusiasm that we at TRF celebrate the achievements, innovations, contributions and impact made by women globally.
March 8 is an official holiday for women’s rights and world practice adopted by the UN, following a series of life-changing events pertaining to women.
This year’s theme “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”, highlights the role of technology in promoting gender equality. Technology has made this large world seem small; from far and near, communication has been made possible as though persons were together. Personal development through eLearning as well as the growing field of telemedicine has all been made possible because of technology. In the world’s quest to offer equal opportunities to all, technology has a great role to play in fostering gender equality.
TRF upholds the female gender as women and girls bring diversity to the world. Fellow women, you are reminded on this day to showcase your potential as the world gives us room to bring our innovative minds to the table. Today, we celebrate all women, young and old alike, irrespective of your sphere of influence. From the teachers who teach online due to the Covid-19 pandemic to the vendors who learned to create online stores, to the health practitioners promoting telemedicine, to the web developers, to the engineers in robotics, food industry and laboratories, to the researchers seeking to provide answers to daunting questions and to every woman reading this message, you are inestimable. Go for that goal!!!!!!!

Happy Women’s Day
