MISSION
TRF is a not-for-profit organization that trains and mentors young researchers into regular, ethical, and relevant research practices to increase the pool of African researchers and data for informed decision-making.
VISION
An Africa with adequate clinical researchers for optimal research to aid data-driven decision-making.
OBJECTIVES
To improve research knowledge among young researchers by liaising with renowned universities that offer research-related courses.

Our goal is to produce quality thesis, clinical researcher and collaborate effectively with partners for sustainable efficient outcome

- Respect: We respect each other in our differences which brings out more and better perspectives. We, therefore, encourage controversy with civility. Mentorship is a prerequisite of civic growth, and we hold it dear.
